Scam Text claiming to be from Hermes asking for £1.45 for redelivery with internet link. Told them I'll collect it from the depot and asking for location. Not expecting a response.

I doubt that very much, also pet peeve but called me by my first name which suggests they have more information than I would care to give.I had to stop his spiel to ask him to remove my information which he couldn t do so I ve hung up. Just received a call from these people claiming to be providing access to some sort of discount club and that they would send a welcome pack in the post. On some phones you can block the numbers, I have an iPhone 5s and it s very handy being able to block these pests. Iv had 30+ calls from different numbers the past few weeks too! of which I just keep blocking. Iv answers a few times and one guy was so nasty after I politely asked him to stop calling.. He was unbelievably rude and threatening!

I get at least one call a week from this number - it is very annoying. Luckily I normally miss the calls, so don't bother returning them

I received a call from a man with a very strong accent claiming to be from BT to help speed up our broadband. The fact that he greeted me saying ?hi I?m Martin? then 5 minutes later told me his name was John Wilson, was a huge red flag. I can confirm that this is a scam call number as I called the real BT to confirm the number was not affiliated with them. Do not give out any information or allow these scammers access to your computer!

Became aggressive and clueless when I asked him to prove his identity, before giving up easily. Come on, guys, you're not even *trying* to be convincing any more! Amateur.
