I sad if I felt I needed advice I would consult an advisor and that I didn't wish to discuss it over the phone. He sarcastically snapped, good luck with that then! and hung up. They rang again today, 'unfortunately' I missed the call. Not sure why they thought I would've changed my mind in 2 days but they're blocked now.
