missed call when i rang it back line just goes beep then cuts off. Bad sign - trustworthy companies have a recorded message explaining who they are, etc. Did a bit of research - very worrying. consumer websites show people being asked for their bank card details then fees being debited that they werent expecting. Sounds like a scam or at least very, very sharp practise. Avoid answering or block number, is my advice.

Junk call received from James said Motor Insurance Bureau passed my details to their company and was ringing to discuss accident. When I asked him to repeat his name he then hung up. Ambulance chasers.

Keeps ringing constant. Done a car insurance check online a few days ago. Coincidence or what.. Possible passing on details to these ambulance chasers. BLOCK THEM

I got a call from this number. Dropped it and called back 5 minutes later and got a recorded out of office message. Feels like a scammer.

Oh dear I m not the only one. had £79.99 taken from my account today. I am unemployed at the moment and the promise of a £20.00 fuel voucher for answering a survey was very attractive. What can be done? has anyone managed to get their money back?

I got a message from this number claiming it comes from Orange but there is still something dodgy about it. The message informed me about free phone funds. I really have a feeling it is scam !

Answered the call because it seemed to be a Birmingham number - just silence so blocked them, there s nothing I want from parasites like this (other than for them to get a real job)

Just had a lady call me from this number... I answered Hello after the obligatory few seconds of silence I said Hello again. She replied... I m Sophie from the National Hearing Clinic. I said Sorry, I can t hear you. - at which point she said Deaf b--ch and put the phone down. Nice.

Repeat calls from this company who say they can help with our electricity contract renewal, despite being told it has just been renewed ... I am simply letting the phone ring out now as I am so fed up with them.

calling 3 to 4 times a day they keep on asking for bank account details wont say what they want them for ....have blocked them on my mobile would suggest to other ppl to do the same
