Someone called me from this number this morning and I answered. He said that he was phoning in regard to a recent survey that had done with regard to debts and wanting to reduce the amount paying. He knew my name but did not introduce himself or who he was workingfor. As soon as I told him I had not filled any survey online he hung up. I tried to ring the number back but it went through to an Orange answerphone that message box was full.

I ve received 3 calls from these idiots - two I failed to answer but after reading posts on sites like this decided, for my own amusement, to answer on the third call. The chap on the other end rambled on about insurance and said he was from a company called Red Star. When I asked who Red Star were he got quite abrupt/aggressive. A man called my telephone to ask me to access my computer so he can fix the issue with the internet connection. I had not reported a fault, he was not calling from my provider and used a wrong mame for me. So, I hung up. The following day I discovered that the internet connection on my son s laptop had indeed been disabled! He must have visited a dodgy website but it is worrying that they could retrieve my telephone number from it.

I keep getting phone calls from this number, it rings a couple of times and hangs up, Ive tried calling them but they hang up the phone.

4 calls today but missed them all.pain in the backside.
