I missed two calls - the second one today 17/09/16. I looked the number up online - didn t find any comments. Rang the number back - there is a voicemail message that says it is a Market Research company and how to get more information about them. If you did want to speak to them they can be contacted on 01908 278303 - maybe to get your number removed from their list. They do have a website - might give info re how to do this on there. Or block them/don t answer if you are not interested.

SCAM / SPAM - They phoned me and claimed that I haven't paid my taxes and that I owe £3,900 and with fines that was now around £20,000. Then informed me that I have 2 options Option 1 - to go to court and risk losing the case and owing £20,000 or Option 2 - pay £3,900 now. I get calls from this number every day on my mobile, sometimes twice or three times a day. I never give this number to anyone except close friends! They just called again even though I blocked their number. When I first answered weeks ago, they immediately ended the call. I m worried it s some kind of scam.

As soon as you answer, the caller shuts down so what is the point of them calling. nuisance value or to check whether you are in.No idea but these nerds are a menace to everyone.

SCAM - Claiming to be calling on behalf of EDF Energy, total gas and British gas to update records. I called EDF, they confirmed this is not their number. This is someone lying in order to try and get business away from your energy providers and therefore any information you give them could be used fraudulently!

Fraud 07793889491 Scam pre-recorded voice call pretending to be from Mobile Service Provider (does not mention which one) regarding service termination due to unpaid bills. Obviously a complete SCAM again, probably of Indian origin, as they are using robotic voice pre-recording. Definitely should be BLOCKED and REPORTED.
Fraud. Google said number is in Pimpri Chinchwad Maharashtra India. Usual call, do not answer and phone call ends immediately the answering machine kicks in.

Call from 01314414605 Asian male saying he was from Virgin Media Technical Department and my internet speed was sending warning messages and not running correctly. Was asked to do a speed test and download an app. He was adamant he was from Virgin Media although he could not give any of my details to me. Needless to say I hung up. Called Virgin Media who did a test down the line which did not show up any problems.
NEVER call unknown numbers back. If you do so, you may be calling a Premium Rate or International number which will incur a large charge on your bill.
