Got a call claiming from HMRC and will took some legal action against me lol
Landline number in Birmingham. States it appears to be a Safe Number - But - I'm not sure it is - seems like maybe scammers to me? - When I answer the call they hang up! That's very annoying & frustrating. I added them to my blacklist.

This was from a rude and abusive man with very poor English who claimed he was from carphone warehouse and when I said I wasn't interested he said he was also a police officer and was going to find out where I lived and beat me up, he was screaming abuse at me. This was entirely unprovoked as I am a very polite pensioner who never shouts and swears, I would recommend everyone to do as I have done and block this number.

I live in Florida, US. Have never before received a SPAM hang up call from England until now. Nevertheless, it was an automated call and I have no friends in, or traveling to the UK.

I had a call from 01926893111 which was probably a dentist with whom I had made a web enquiry. But I did not answer and they did not leave any message. I suspect that the number has been wrongly registered on your database as entering the number which called me brings me to this page.

Received this call today. It came approximately 30 minutes after a call from a Cambridge number 01223 931995. The Cambridge number went dead on answering. The 01330 563426 number allowed me to answer, and an automated message said it was the HMRC and that I would be fined. You could press 1 to talk to an agent. I hung up. You cannot ring back. Something about a transfer payment being stuck and verifying my data in regards to ID fraud. I had an echo on the line, couldn't hear properly. Caller had strong accent, possibly French. 'Lady' called to say she was from VISA & my card subject to misuse with total £1400 being taken (?) & to "Press 1" to speak to someone there to prevent funds being taken. Seems like a scam, so I rang the number direct & got through to someone who just slammed phone down. Fishy !!
they called me twice no caller id claiming to know the last four digits of my card, part of my address (which was wrong) and saying i made a transaction on the weekend which i did not, they sent me a code and it said to add my card to their apple pay, so obviously they were trying to take my credit card details and commit fraud on my account, they kept saying im verified my identity they then went silent when i said ill call my bank, called bank and they said yep my account is secure and that was a phising.

Got called, my name and email were known to the caller.. claimed the FTX bankruptcy affected me and suggested i could regain my funds in crypto.. wanted to know if i had a wallet. I'm pretty sure i do not have any money outstanding, or lost any due to any bankruptcy.
