Got a text from someone pretending to be a kid wanting to contact their mum on whats app and was redirected to this number. scam.

Supposedly from Microsoft wanting to know if I was the main user of the computer? When I asked why he said they have been getting a lot of notices and that my security software was being corroded. He asked when I'd last used the computer and when I said it was none of his business he said **** off a****** and hung up!

I've just kept one of their team talking for 12 minutes, saving others from being called by this scam! They claim to be "Road Traffic Management" and that they can get you additional compensation for a RTA you've had. They also claim to have got your details from the MIB (Motor Insurance Database), but when pushed they claim that all they were given was your phone number and the fact that your vehicle had been in an accident in the last five years that wasn't your fault. SPAM Claimed to be from Microsoft. Apparently some one is trying to get into my computer. I asked if it was him and he became abusive and put the phone down. Terrible customer service. ha ha.
