My husband passed the call to me as it related to my washing machine insurance renewal so I did not hear any name or how the call started. He did rather a hard (and fast) sell with a reduced annual figure but taking 3 years immediately. He seemed to have details of my current annual figure. I checked with D&G who deal with the insurance and they did not recognise the phone number as belonging to anyone working for them.

Rang me just now - I answered, silence, then heard voices in the background, I said hello again and they rang off.
Same as previous entry probably a few minutes after his/her call. The caller said she knew I d had an accident , reported the number to the Crimestoppers website, for whatever good it ll do.

Safe number. This is the shower doctor. They seem to have a problem with their phones at the moment as I could not hear anything, they then emailed me.
The genuine holder is a Sainsbury s supermarket in Barnet, North London, according to Google.
This number called my mobile this afternoon. Didn't answer as I didn't recognise the number. No message left. 3rd cold call today from unknown numbers.
Spoke about house insurance and said he was reviewing same. I said my father dealt with this and asked him to call back after 18.30.] No call back
Can you confirm or not, whether this is a cold call seller?
INTERNET SCAM This number from Switzerland called saying that they would cut off my internet if I didn't respond to their technical executive! 4th call today with this internet story. I will, again, block this number but it's getting ridiculous now on my landline, I should let the answerphone switch on before I answer further calls.

Waffled on about global pandemic and making small. I had to ask him twice who he was and what he wanted. Eventually, he said he wanted me to participate in an economic survey. I told him, no thank you, I wasn't interested, he kept trying to talk over me and I hung up. A few seconds later he rang back asking why I hung up. I told him again I'm not interested in whatever it is. He answered back 'not interested in what' getting confrontational. I hung up again.

Automated Call ? Young male voice saying they're from Insulation Advisory Services, trying to get you to have a loft insulation survey. It's a clever automated system, that listens for you to say something in response to it's questions , but it is unable to react properly to your random questions. It fails the "Turing Test", but that doesn't make it any less annoying. They've phoned me 4 times in the last 2 days so far.

Wanted to know if I had been involved in a car accident within last 2 years as she said they had been informed that I had, (I haven t). When I questioned why she was calling me she hung up.

Yikes They did not know me, they asked for my name. This is a bot calling random numbers in order to hoaks innocent people. The call is forwarded to a person who askes for your name. DO NOT TELL THEM ANYTHING.
