They managed to get my name, address and accident details and sent me an email which they wanted me to open and click on the attachment to provide authority for them to send out documents for me to claim compensation. I told them I didn t need to claim compensation as only very minor whip lash, however they were very insistent saying that didn t matter and I was entitled to £3000 compensation. Rang twice and hung up. I saw it was a premium number so did not answer. The best way to notice a scam call is when the caller asks for you by surname (which they cannot pronounce) probably because the forename is not mentioned in the records as they see them. Then scammers ALWAYS ask how you are, which is often when they try pulling up more details from the records.
call flagged up as International, so didn t reply. Looked on another site and all reports said it was a scam and they d recently put ad on Gumtree, as had I.
Fraud Said she was from RBS and was calling customers for an annual review. She would arrange a time for someone to call and go through everything. She informed me that she could see I had the app and I can contact them if I need to. I never gave out any of my details and banks do not phone from a mobile number.

100% Scam Call - claims to be from Carphone Warehouse Wembley Branch. This has been permanently closed. Number shows as suspended so definitely spoofed. They provide a call back number of 01300 382001. This number geotracks to Lahore India. Please avoid and stay safe
Calling persistently for a person who has never ever lived at this address ( at least not in the past 20 years! ). When I tell the indian call centre person this, as I do on each call, they then ask for the road or street number, which I decline to give them as they should know the details of the person they are calling for.

30 Oct 2021 - I just got a call saying it was royal mail with a package with unpaid for postage. I asked where it had been sent from and she couldn’t tell me when I said I’d leave it she hung up. Definite scam. Reply

PLEASE DO NOT ANSWER CALLS FROM THIS NUMBER.....When I answered several months ago the "indian" sounding lady at the other end simply said "we are coming to your house this evening to kill you...what do you think about that?".....I put the phone down...THE POLICE are totally helpless in cases like this...apparently this company is NOT breaking any laws!!!...DO NOT ANSWER....they rang me again today which went unanswered...which proves their stupidity...but then it comes as not surprise!
