It s an Umbrella Payroll Company for Contractors. I checked out their website as I m unhappy with my current one, and saw the missed call from them (this number), promptly followed by a text message. Googled the missed call number, saw the text 1min later and out 2+2 together.

This is a persistent and bullying phone call centre. Every day,sometimes twice or more they call with a script about a government initiative to install heating , saving 75% on the heating bill. If you question them they become abusive and ugly. HELP.
I wish they would leave a voicemail message when they ring. I just missed their call and as there was no message I assumed it was a scam call. we get a lot and would never ring the number back unless there was a message left saying who it was and why they were ringing. but I would ring 150 from the landline if I'd known it was virgin regarding my problem. only trouble is that you can be waiting for over an hour before you get an answer! not happy with virgin at all.

2 phone calls within 2 minutes of each other, from number 07921057599. It was a recorded message apparently from Amazon Prime... They're using recorded messages now to bug people because even THEY can't be bothered to to speak to people anymore, and yet WE are supposed to be interested!!! Suspicious call claiming to be from Virgin Media regarding my internet. Line quality was terrible & the agents accent was really thick, so very hard to understand her. Wanted me to download something, hung up. Confirmed with Virgin Media that no issues with my internet & this was a scam.
