Had a missed call from 01772 325455. Rang them back - they did answer! It's a sales company looking for advertising opportunities... someone's got to do it, I suppose...

Called twice today, first time no answer, sounded like call centre, then they hung up. Did not answer second time.

Saw the random number and predicted immediately it would be an insurance scammer. Sure enough, English sounding girl on the phone asking about recent accident. I told her I don t want to participate in her scam. She paused a few seconds and told me she was just calling from an insurance company (didn t actually say a company name). I told her no she wasn t. The caller called no company name and required a man unknown to me. I told her that she would have been there probably dialed the wrong number and she said no, that is in my way on the list. I meant that their list is wrong then and hung up. Since then try it again and again.

Scam Text claiming to be from Hermes asking for £1.45 for redelivery with internet link. Told them I'll collect it from the depot and asking for location. Not expecting a response.

From another site it's a Cardiff code and a recorded voice suggests it's an hmrc source, but number it says to ring is a 0161 No. Advice is don't ring.
