Nusiance caller. Persistent calls even if asked to stop. They are in the wrong so we SHOULD be allowed to know who they are. Never mind all this data protection. Its a cover up to allow them to continue harrasing people.

Obvious call centre noise background noise as soon as I answered, with a delay before anyone responded. The caller had an extremely strong Asian/Indian accent and told me his name was Paul Simon (yeah, right!) calling from Norfolk County Council about a recent accident I d had. Claiming I have been in an accident which was not my fault 2 yrs ago. I didn t even drive at the time.

Some weirdo called me three times in eight days and left strange messages.

Called me trying to sell something or other - looked on the net and they seem to be cold calling people at random - we are TPS registered - also seen a lot of suspected false positive comments around the net about this company saying how helpful they are - probably written by friends or employees - I didnt apreciate a cold call when I am TPS registered.

They maintain they are The Home Energy Centre (Chelmsford no.) but no trace of them anywhere. Treat with caution. They even phone you if you are registered with TPS
