SCAM. Probably from the same source as 1656737322, a call to my landline. The well spoken, but recorded voice, told me that two suspicious transactions had been noted on my account (no introduction as to who she represented) and that I should take one of two actions. Either press "1" to cancel them or "2" to speak to a service advisor. I left the call open for ten minutes but there was no further communication from the caller. Why Bridgend exchange? I have no idea.

When I pointed out that I don’t have Sky and enquired if this was another Indian call centre scam call the guy calmed me a MotherF****er and a C*** and several more expletives. Melissa called twice saying that they needed to check the insulation in our loft because we had it done under the government scheme (we didn't) and now the regs had changed and it needs to be checked.When I told her that I'd done it myself about 35 years ago and wasn't going to have anything else done, she said she'd alter the information on the database. Sounded like a genuine company though unfortunately I didn't get their name so can't report them for a cold call as I would usually.

I didn't answer but they left a voicemail. It was an electronic voice which gave a string of numbers followed by "do not disregard this message as the matter at hand is time sensitive" then silence.

I was contacted by a female caller at around 17.00hrs in 29/10/18. I could not understand what she was saying and I asked her to repeat what she had said. She then shouted it but I still could not understand and I said pardon . She then yelled WOW and put the phone down on me. I have been trying to find who this number belongs to so that I can make a complaint.
