Scammer - picks a common name (like Julie) and if you know one (as I do) they pretend Julie has a new number and tell you to delete the old number. Then they ask you to send the details i.e. names and numbers of everyone you both know - so they can be scammed (and they will as the scammers will then have names. I sent them details of Mickey Mouse, Donald Trump and the Queen. DO NOT GIVE YOUR FAMILY AND FRIENDS NUMBERS OUT
I have only just come across this and I have already paid! I done the right thing and put a stop to my transfer so with any luck they payment won t go through. I was also called this morning by Jenny again and she forgot to withheld her number and it came back with this: +34 698 535 793 I hope this phone number can provide more help onto stopping these people. I will also post back soon and let you know how my experience goes because I am supposed to have a booking for this evening and I very much do

Called to follow up on recent renewal pack as I haven't renewed yet. Even if you are on automatic renewal, they may call to do a spot check to ensure that all of your details are up to date.
They said they were called First Solutions. They mentioned a credit card, interest paid and PPI. I then asked not to continue with the call and asked to be taken off the mailing list. I vaguely remember speaking to this company a few months ago so I will see if they call back. I am unsure how safe this company is so I have rated it neutral for now
