At best this a company that breaks the PECR regulations by calling people on the TPS list. At worst it s a scam preying on older people because they don t seem to have a website and are asking whether you re over 65. This is a genuine Santander Fraud Department number. However I suggest you always call your bank using the number on the back of your Debit/Credit Card to check. This what I did and it was confirmed my Debit Card was being used by criminals, so needed cancelling and replacing.

SCAM Caller claimed to be from Domestic insurance and the insurance on my electrical appliances was about to run out and they needed my card details to reinsure, After running my own appliance repair company for over 30 years, I wouldn’t be a very engineer if I need to insure my own appliances. Advised them what they could do with their policy!
