They called me told me my name and my postcode. Said that I was happy with my bank and credit cards? I said yes and he then said okay and cut me off. VERY VERY DODGY and cannot call the number back either so concerned how they have my details??

Answered the call to an Indian woman claiming to be from carphone warehouse. Smelt fake $h1t from miles away. Ive never had dealings with them so challenged her. It s the right format to be a UK mobile number but there s no sure way of finding out whose it is as many mobiles are unregistered PAYG.

Orkney code nearly got caught out as it is my local code. Really fed up of getting these calls.
Annoying and now on my blocked no s list. Tell you what...I finally rang this number - it goes on automatic response BUT select option 2 to remove your number. It had better remove it otherwise I ll select option 1 next time to speak to a representative and give him/her a piece of my mind!

Purported to be Virgin Media reviewing your account to provide the best possible service. They fail on DPA/GDPR as don't seem to understand the principles of validating they are speaking to the account holder. They don't have access to account information such as account numbers, billing area codes etc.

TAXES / HMRC I just had an automated call from this number where the voice tried to scare you that you are investigated on tax and you will be arrested shortly if you don't speak with the HMRC officer (which they offered to connect with after pressing one).
