This is a new number for Utilita, which has been using different numbers to market energy provision aggressively. Elsewhere, on different numbers, this company has generated a lot of complaints. He is London based Pakistani lad, harassing married women for sex. people complained in the police station. these guys target late night workers and take PHOTOS of them.
SCAM. I believe this to be a scam from other comments and the fact that no message was left on my answerphone - always a give away in my view. Also, I never call back a number that does not leave a plausible/believable message.

15 calls from them today, on both landline and mobile, I am totally fed up of Vanquis, they are totally unsympathetic to you, my wife has a serious illness and they don t care. I have about 20 different numbers that they call from, cant block them but at least can see its them calling.
