This seems to be some good working money trap, similar numbers are reported as robocalls, fake wins, scam offers (in most cases some financial offers). For sure some general call centre. SCAM - text from this number. Claiming to be UPS and asking for payment to redeliver a parcel (which they said they tried once but I was 'out'). I had been home all day and I wasn't expecting a parcel. I suspect the next thing they'd ask for would be credit card details. I blocked them.
