Recorded voice, say that they are from talktalk and they are going to cut off broadband. I have had many of these crap calls, sometimes multiple per day.
Scam. Text message received, claiming to be EE regarding an unpaid bill. Message includes link to a fake site. DO NOT CLICK! If you are an EE customer, call EE yourself and confirm.
They phoned in relation to a Vodafone mobile contract which is due for renewal / upgrade this month.
Lots of background noise when I answered, I said hello, they hung up. ANNOYING!!!!!!

Unsolicited text message stating I have an unpaid NCO due (no idea what an NCO is) I have received similar texts from this number before.
This number was used to call me about by National Insurance Number. This must be a scam as National Insurance Office is not based in Manchester and they wouldn't call from a mobile number.
