Cryptocurrency scammer. I'm pretty sure he actually said the phrase "You signed up online. I wanted to know if you were still interested in this scam". When i laughed and called him out on it he became very irate accusing me of wasting his time and belittling his profession even though I was asking him to repeat what he said. It sounded like he had a few layers of fake proof set up online though. It might've fooled me if i hadn't googled it beforehand.

How this has been given a safe rating is beyond me!! Claim they are from O2 and send a code and then ask for it. They will then proceed to send you a phone by mistake and ring you back in a panic and say they sent it to you by mistake and can you send it back to them. Just hang up!!

Recorded message stating ridiculous withdrawal amounts had been made on my bank account and asking me to respond to cancel payments. Definitely not from my bank. Did not respond.

I don't have this no in my contact. I have received 4 insistant calls from the same area code withi 10 mins. Seems very suspect.. plz follow up & advise if u have investigated.

Asked if I was the property owner of an address and something about conducting energy prices calls. Am suspicious of how they got number and what they needed it for.

This number called my 90 year old mother posing as the fraud department from the Bank of Scotland. He said 2 lots of money had left her account and they were chasing this up. Thankfully she phoned the bank and it was confirmed that these transactions had not happened. It was a scam, I think to get her personal details, not any account numbers - perhaps identity theft. He phoned her again today apologising for not phoning back yesterday but my mum was very blunt with her replies and he hung up.

They claimed to be from my bank (VM money was Yorkshre Bank) to ask me about potential fraud on my card. (£52 on Argos in Aberdeen) I was supicious when they got agressive when I didn't know my banking paswword and I said I would have to call them back. I called the fraud number I have in my phone (0800 121 4251) and they confirmed it wasn't them that called me before. The chap on the actual fraud line also said that the real bank won't ask for any part of or all your internet banking password EVER!

This is a scam. Automatic woman's voice says your Amazon Prime has expired and to rejoin to pay £95.00 She says to press 1 to rejoin, or 2 for customer services. As I do not use Amazon this made me aware it's a scam and terminated the call and dialled 147 to find this Bournemouth number had registered as the caller.

Its a scam I receive a dubious voicemail from this number "report these transactions" then a few seconds silence then "Thank you for calling" I rang the number to see if they were pretending to be my bank but I got put through to a locksmith based in Bournemouth to which I explained my reason for calling and they replied that it was probably a scam and if they call me again to ignore it. SCAM Guy from tinder without verified photos. Pushed to move on to WhatsApp, then pushed to call, then pushed to Skype. Pushed to know my pictures were recent. Wouldn’t use any other kind of communication. Gave him my socials contacts and he called me controlling and a prick for not opening up a Skype account. Didn’t like it if I didn’t message back within 60 seconds! Not sure what was going on but felt very dodgy. I have blocked it. WhatsApp was also a business account.

SCAM This number is after your money. It called me and an automated voice comes in and tells you that large sums of money are being taken from your Amazon account. They ask you to click a number to stop the transactions or to go ahead with the transactions. I hung up. Then later received the same exact message from a different number.
