Our Director said he won t take the call as he has no ongoing business with Altus and no imminent need. I returned to Johnny and advised this, to which he said "did you tell him it s a financial matter?". I responded, "No, because you didn t say it was. But he won t take the call". This was something to do with "Their records showed I had received bad investment advice in the past." This was a complete lie as I have never made any investments. I told them this and asked not to be called again. I received an almost identical call from a different person on the same number the next day. I forgot to mention to them that I am TPS registered, but clearly their company does not care about that as they don't check.
