This is a SCAM number: Female voice says HMRC are launching a lawsuit against you and to press one to talk to a case officer. HMRC do not use recorded calls from mobile numbers: they write. These scammers try to get you to pay them. Block it!
Indian/Pakistani sounding clearly calling from a call centre not in the U.K. as he had me on speaker phone and could hear him speaking with someone else as I answered the call. He asked for someone I don’t know. I told him I didn’t know the person and he got rude and aggressive with me before hanging up. I’ve blocked the number.

These people will just not go away. They are trying to get your personal info and they are crap at it. Presumably they are better at paper fraud than they are at acting. I don t know how they make any money but they must do because they keep calling back or maybe they are as stuid as they sound. They sound drunk half the time.
