She told me my husband had requested a callback which I knew was a lie because he doesn t deal with this stuff over the net or phone!! when I said that he wouldn t have requested a callback she was really abusive and before she could hang up I told her how rude she was!! After three attempts to understand the Indian accent I got the supervisor, who bluffed through the same conversation and put me back to the agent. Agent then closed with some canned verbage which was 100% impossible to understand and hung up.
