Some one who called himself Christian then Steven phoned about my non existent washing machine cover. I've already had an 'Asian' call center annoying me today, so I told 'Christian-Steven' what to do with himself, he seemed to enjoy enraging me and called back twice more. Who pays for these calls?

Ian from some unsolicited energy company telesales asking wanting to speak to the bill payer for the electricity supply. When told we were on the TPS register he kept himself on hold for a minute and said he had reported it to his manager. Well if they were a decent company they should be using the latest TPS register but obviously they are another scamming company flouting ALL the rules.
