Scam call claiming to be from Microsoft reporting a security problem with my computer.
The scammers call several times a day.
SCAM. Recorded message claiming to be from HMRC saying if I dont press one immediately to be connected to an officer, a warrant would be sent out for my arrest.
This number is making calls and either being rude to people or hanging up when the call s answered. The number is not an actual UK number, it s being used by someone from overseas as a link for when the call is generated, and so that it can get past the TPS service. Whoever is making the calls using this number should be found and stopped. They are nuisance calls.

Government call re@ my NI number - threatening me with arrest if I didn't push button 1 and talk to an officer. I'm to be arrested in 2hrs! It is frightening for me although I'm aware it is a scam. Like another person wrote on here, I said no to the insurance on the website, the person was friendly enough and accepted no thanks, but I didn t consent to my number being used in that way, only for delivery info (i.e. time slot) to be given. Always ask them security questions, they got the order number correct and I don t know if there is a scam where they say they ll take away the old appliance for free, and then somehow charge you or possibly sign you up for insurance even though you said no, idk.
