I answered this all on my mobile and they hung up immediately so I rang from a land line and was told by an automatic message that I had won vouchers and/or and Ipad. I was to receive a call shortly to complete a short lifestyle survey at which point I put the phone down as we know what these surveys are like!!!!

SCAM / SPAM Basically saying they are calling from Amazon prime and you have been charged for your subscription, I asked which card as I had three linked to my account, he couldn't tell me. So I stated he was a scam trying to get my details and he hung up on me...Well if that isnt a clear indication that they are up to no good, I dont know what is. Always question ANYONE asking for your bank details

A recorded voice: "Securit Department" and then went on to indicate details of attempts (platform and amounts) to put charges to my account. Obviously not a real bank. Did not hear it all.
Best advice I can give is BLOCK BLOCK BLOCK the muppets. They disputed my PPI Claim as they offer Repayment Option, only changed the name in 2008 so got company sorting it now. Had my card 11 years so know I m owed thousands & Im not payin em a penny more till sorted. My hubby paid approx 680 over 7 years on his natwest & got ?2,196 back. It s worth checking everyone, we couldn t believe it as his limit was only ?800 & a business card. Good luck & keep blocking...

Caller with English accent told me that my loft insulation was faulty and was causing condensation, but nothing to worry about. When asked he said he was from the UK Advisory Information Centre and they ran the Renewable Energy Database where my details had come from. When asked he said he was based in central London. I said central London was a big place and did he have a precise address at which point he terminated the call. The phone number was not recognised on a 1471. Obviously some scam to get

A call centre, sounded distant, I remained silent then a foreign accent said he was from BT. I blocked with Talk Talk.
DO NOT ANSWER CALLS FROM THIS NUMBER Fraud call. Pretending to be BT with a fault in the internet. I happen to have a fault so nearly fell for it, tried to get me to download a programme which would have infected my computer and obtained bank details. Have informed BT the callers were rude and offensive when I questioned their activity.

These numbers from 2800-2900 are a call centre acting on behalf of various companies chasing accounts, as soon as you confirm your details they hang up and pass the info to the company you owe and then the company harass you as they know its your number
