This is a computer scam. I played along in order to waste their time and to get insight into their methods. There is a warm-up act and a main act to follow. Their first tactic is to say they will cut off your computer unless you cooperate. I have had 6+ calls from this number to my mobile, some dropping out immediately, but they appear to be pursuing hearing loss claims. I have asked for my number to be removed on several occisions, but so far with no apparent success.
