In my case, the survey related to using a NatWest service where I had supposedly contacted a NatWest call agent to discuss some aspect of my bank account. thid number called me at 10.50 and i said hello and at the other end was an irish lady saying who is this u called my mobile number and i aint called no mobile numbers today so she hung up and i tried to do 1471 but it kept making a funny tone it took me 10 mins to b able to do 1471 bit weird as this is a land line number not a mobile

Seems to be used for some telemarketing call center - this range of numbers 19255634xx (common feature, they use more numbers of the same range) is mostly reported with accident claims, insurance marketing. Just block it if not interested (I use the app from these pages, no problems). People did they call you with the same or something new?
