It was a scam - the local number after 01582 cannot start with a 9
SCAM. Probably from the same source as 1656737322, a call to my landline. The well spoken, but recorded voice, told me that two suspicious transactions had been noted on my account (no introduction as to who she represented) and that I should take one of two actions. Either press "1" to cancel them or "2" to speak to a service advisor. I left the call open for ten minutes but there was no further communication from the caller. Why Bridgend exchange? I have no idea.
This company (a boiler company) keep continuing to call me with an auto voice saying we d like to discuss your boiler (or something like that) & saying we ve been trying to reach you without success. It seems this company is now acting on a new name of pre UK using the same telephone number. These arseholes are also calling my work place. How are they still getting away with it after all these complaints???? Surely something permanent must be done to stop them!!!! I really need them to stop calling my work place as my boss is not happy and its a new job. What can I do that will actually work??
They said they are the tenancy support. And that they are collecting information to press the council landlords and housing association to fix the problems in the houses as there has been a backlog of jobs that hasn't been done. They Ask you questions if you are are council or housing association if he have leaks inside your house or other jobs that the landlord should take care of at the end of the conversation they say that one of the representatives will call you later on that day .
