My husband has unfortunately been duped by this company - Clearview partnership. Started with hard sale on Carbon emmisions and he unfortunately has since gone on to invest large sums of money in gems and oil. Portfolio of investment was supposed to go to auction Dec 13. Suprise however - company states had to stop trading as under investigation but investment still safe!! Have since reported to police/action fraud but feer money gone ( life savings). At best this a company that breaks the PECR regulations by calling people on the TPS list. At worst it s a scam preying on older people because they don t seem to have a website and are asking whether you re over 65. This is a Debt Collection Agency - yet another one - asking for a Mr Thomas Davies or Mrs Davies (if I answer). One of many!!! This number called at about 2.30 today. Just got a female computer generated voice saying goodbye at the end of the call.

Very aggressive so asked them to Hold while I get a pen. Dragged this out for them for 4 mins - lol - at least i wasted their time! Score to the consumer!

01163040636 - Phoning every day claiming to be from TPS and ask for your bank details to renew your fee. You don t pay for TPS is what I told them and never have done, they hung up, SCAMMERS who are using several numbers all the same except for last 2 digits which vary but all claim to be TPS. Block them if you can, but please leave comments here about them, the more comments I believe will help trace or get rid of them.

These bar stewards have been phoning me nearly every weekday, sometimes 3 times a day for over a year.
