Appreciate this seems to be a legit and helpful company from the other messages left here, but I just received a call from these guys and had no idea why they were calling me. They were talking about new government releases and just lots of jargon basically. Would have preferred a straight forward plain English this is who we are and what we do type approach... Just want to know who called

Calls are at least - being stopped by Call Guardian which is built into the phone. So, the phone rings once, the Guardian kicks in and asks for the caller s identity. However, since this has never been given (and any such call is then terminated by Guardian), we assume they coming from an automated system. We just wish the system would give up on us!

Called on the half hour (which is a dead giveaway for cold callers) - not payign attention so I hung up. Why do they do it? Wasting my time as well as theirs and I m not likely to answer a second time am I?? (barred call)

Got a call from a guy asking me if i had problems with my ears of if i had worked in a noisy environment. Hung up when i said no. Called the number to see who they were and where they were from but the number is not recognised.

They said call was to update my cover for my central heating boiler, which was £20 month and they were reducing it to £16 a month, yeah right!

A "You had a car crash" scam bar them - agressive with it
