Fraud suspected. Automated call saying they were from the Chinese Embassy and then switched to speaking in Chinese.

HMRC SCAM , Number contacted me with an automatic voice: saying that: "This is HMRC to alert that there is a TAX fraud under your name. Please press one to proceed and hear the message, otherwise you will be arrested shortly"

They called me twice yesterday and now 5 times today, it is so annoying. They want me to switch providers to them and keep telling them no, and I have now blocked the number.

Seems to be used for some really wide-scope telemarketing call center - this range of numbers 1183280xxx (common feature, they use more numbers of the same range) is mostly reported with very sophisticated robocalls, sometimes classical RTA - ''you have been in a car accident'', sometimes Microsoft support - general computer support, in most cases unsolicited. O2 would not believe me I was already an O2 customer and tried to get me to change to O2.

Scam call: robot voice telling me my BT line is due to be cut off because it has been compromised from California....

SCAM by recorded voice saying they were HM Revenue & Customs and a tax fraud had been reported. Say to press 1 to discuss with the officer. If I didn’t press a number to be connected I woukd soon be arrested. Obviously pressing any key will incur huge charges or they will try to get you to give personal information etc. My number is really private so I wonder just who sold it to these scammers?

This must be some call centre from Manchester, they called me with offer of new energy plan, but have heard some background noises like from call centre, and definitelly they are not my actual provider.
