I get multiple calls from these per day for the past several months. I usually don t pick up but today I did. They got my name wrong so I told them they had the wrong person. When I asked who was calling they didn t respond and insisted on asking me a few questions. I refused so they hung up before I could tell them to take my number off their data base.
As this number is listed as a number in a region of Russia I am assuming it is a scam. I do not know anyone living in Russia!

25 Nov 2021 - Not an 02 or 03 number so are the scammers changing tactics. Couldn’t understand a word chap was saying so put phone down. After reading other comments it would appear to be the scam to white goods insurance cover. I had a similar call a couple of months ago from a guy called Martin (by his accent a long shot on this being his real name) Claiming to be from D&G about renewing insurance cover. Indian/Pakistani sounding clearly calling from a call centre not in the U.K. as he had me on speaker phone and could hear him speaking with someone else as I answered the call.
