Getting scammed by this company was the worst nightmare that happened to me early this year. I wish I had done enough research before engaging. Caller said he was Virgin Media Technical Department and believed I was having trouble with my internet speed. He wanted me to do a speed test but when I said that I couldn't do that he disconnected. I've been with Virgin for many years and they've never phoned me in the past. As far as I'm aware, Virgin never phone customers when there's any problem so I'm rating this call as dangerous.

Queremos muito saber quem é a pessoa que ligou, ou pelo menos de onde é o número, pois estamos com medo que estejam usando o meu nome, e documentação de Londres para dar golpes, já que, eu nunca informei o número do meu marido para ninguém, apenas o meu, estamos achando essa ligação muito estranha. Nós retornamos e não atendem.
