This caller phoned my 84 year old mother and she was frightened when comments regarding pensions were stated. It was an irrelevant totally unnecessary call.Just hope it s a one off.

Couldn t even say my name properly. Rudely talked over me with his script about answering a survey which would take 40 seconds. Hung up when i asked where he d got my number.

Missed call

Caller claimed to be from sky to check broadband speed. They got remote assess to computer. Everything on desk top vanished.

These guys scammers for accident claims comapnies. After leading them on about accident I managed to get their real phone number 0121 389 0802.

Called asking about how i wanted to target my clientele and that he was doing a face book marketing page - Said his name Ken Adams and that he represented a brand of nutritional products

Cut off when answered the phone? Don't know who it is?

Just answer the call and put the phone down, on speaker if you can so you can hear them getting frustrated. Or if you have the time and inclination fabricate a fib about working...

Legit company who are sold old debts by N Power. Pursue debts over 5 years old and just never give up. Mistakenly chased me and no amount of letters to them and NPower can stop them ringing and writing to me.

This number has called me several times and when i try to call the number I get a dead tone!

Phoned up claiming I had asked them to quote for a new mortgage. Disconnected call when I said had not requested such thing and it was an unsolicited call.

Onsolicited call to mobile number during my work Hours. I only have it on my desk as my mother is seriously ill.

Called early evening about a supposed accident that I d recently had. Of course I hadn t had such an accident so the call was bogus. I have Preference Service so the call was also illegal.

Caller with indian accent gave a fake name and claimed to be calling from BT Broadband. He said there were hackers using my wifi according to messages on their server. He then tried to scare me in to giving him access to my computer. He was obviously trying to scam me as I don t have an account with BT. He hung up on me when I wouldn t let him access my computer.

I just got called from this number, but a guy called Jesse. He asked me about my degree "cos he's studying the same at Bham uni" and how Ive done in my professional life since being a student there. He asked me for advice on how to make it in life...
