Rang this back got an automated reply message asking me to hold on until the next available operator so its either a cold calling company trying to sell you something or offer you some service thats costs you either way ?
A recorded message said £600 had just been taken from my bank account and sent overseas. I was asked to press the number 1 which I didn't and I rang off.

There was a recorded announcement of two misuses of my credit card (one of them Tesco). No mention of who was calling. A recorded announcement asked me to "press 2 and hold" to speak to customer service. A male voice with a strong foreign accent then asked me for my personal details. When asked what bank he was from the phone went dead.

He then said he would put me on with his highly accredited colleague who then asked me to install an app called Anydesk so that he could screen share charts with me. When I declined giving all info and downloading the app he told me that by giving him just $500 he would give me retur
Thick Indian accent purportedly collecting information re:"lifestyle choices" - they knew my name and postcode and asked about my age and employment status. I hung up soon afterwards but they called back immediately so, I explained that their call was unwelcome.

When looked up it’s not connected to any company, personally I’m not waiting for a phone a call from Manchester as I’m from a different area in the UK. No reason call me and no voicemail or message left. Saw on different website it would cost to call back.
