I have told them I am in dispute with the company which has employed them but they keep calling and saying they want to talk to me. I wrote to them and told them that I do not accept calls as everything must be in writing. They do not stop despite the industry rules.

Despite me telling them the same each time they call-- that I am not interested in trading on stock markets, and have not traded for over 20 years!! Today they claimed that--as a colleague had called me a few months ago-somehow that uninvited cold call meant that I was interested!...bizarre! I have received calls from these people every day but nobody is on the line. So I emailed them and told them to remove my ex directory number immediately as they are contravening the new Data Protection Law and one more call and I will complain and they could incur as hefty fine, if I wanted their insurance I would call them, so Google Data Protection and go on their site, There is a link where you can complain. This is harassment so let s put a stop to it.
