Information I beleive this is an Italian call centre in the UK as they called me on my italian cell phone in Italy from the UK.. When they rang I was busy on the phone. I rang back (3 times) I only got an answer machine asking to leave a message. I have no idea who they are.
Kept calling - didn't leave message. Phoned them back and it's a firm selling "Over 50's Funeral Plans" - One more for the blocked list!
25 Nov 2021 - Not an 02 or 03 number so are the scammers changing tactics. Couldn’t understand a word chap was saying so put phone down. After reading other comments it would appear to be the scam to white goods insurance cover. Received a call off a man claiming to be from a Sapphire in Cardiff, he told me I filled out a survey (which I have been doing recently) n because of this I m now lucky enough to win a free £20 voucher for fuel, he then went on to say that I only need to pay £1 for postage, he already had my name n address. Stupidly I gave over my bank details (long card number n expiry date) I did actually question him on the phone about why he needs my card details but he ensured me that it s all real n gave me his person
