Fraud - Automated call supposedly a local number stating "Bank Security" without naming a bank about payments made on credit card. Have has 3 calls exactly the same in the last hour all from different local numbers.

Telemarketing SCAM Without really paying attention to the 020 London code I answered the call this morning. A pleasant well spoken English lady asked me how I was. I relpied, I'm well, thank you. I proceeded to asked, who am I speaking too? She stated that she was calling from a claims agency and my tone soon changed... 'You were in a car crash in the last 2 years, is that correct?' Exactly as the Anon below. Have called every day this week asked to confirm business owner s name and if they could speak to them. When I asked what it was regarding he said he was from Blacks Brokers and it was about a letter they had sent him. No letters have been sent I open the mail. Scam artists.
indian sounding lady called today, used my "nickname" that I don t use professionally, said that she was calling from Microsoft and that the technical team had noticed a problem with Windows on my computer. When I said I was an IT graduate with several years of support experience and that her story did not add up, and that she was calling from Watford where Microsoft do not have an office, she strangely put the phone down on me!

Called my 71 year old grandmother multiple times about trading claiming to be from a company that’s name sounds like Finance (couldn’t tell because of his foreign accent). She passed the phone to me and the guy told me to go fuck myself because I asked for them to keep calling her.
This is apparently a genuine number for FedEx but it's been hi-jacked by a 'BT' scammer using a recorded message saying they've monitored suspicious activity. I cut the call then tried to dial 1471 but the line was still engaged and I had to try a couple more times before it cleared.
