The woman who a Scottish accent let me know they are sending out a letter containing a voucher and apologising for any inconvenience etc caused. The business directory phones my office about 6 times a day. Most of the time they wait until I answer before they simply hang up. Other times they ask for my company details. Gruff sounding guy claiming to be from Vodafone. Knew my name. I’d been chosen to receive better broadband. Didn’t sound like Vodafone customer service at all. Asked if I was the owner of property, could tell he was going to ask for my full details. Which I didn’t give. He got annoyed with me when I didn’t disclose any info. He was very rude, he wanted to talk to my husband who was not at home and then he said it is about some money investment and it is urgent.
