kep getting nuisance calls from these

I missed one payment in 25 years becasue I was abroad and forgot to pay before my holiday. My next statement says to pay by a date next week which I will do and it includes the missed payment. Fair enough you would think? I get calls throughout the day from this number and nobody is on the other end. I also get text messages telling me to make a payment now.
