This is a scam company pretending to offer recycling "discounts" off of windows. The guy who then visit your property (Matt) is a total con merchant.. they have no windows to sell, he is just trying to get a deposit off of you.

My mother-in-law has just found a charge for ?99.99 on her Barclays statement. I ve just spoken to the bank and they have been 100% helpful and have agreed to refund her ASAP. When mum-in-law initialy went into the bank to query the transaction they told her that it was a holiday company and assisted her to call them. This is my old phone number, I had it for like 8 years, I can't remember my new phone number, I can only remember this one, I've tried everything to get over this, I can't, in the morning and at night I think of this number.
