SCAM Had these people phone me up on another number pretending to be the national crime agency, using an automated message. When rumbled and blocked they tried again using this number to pretend to be an insurance broker, again using the same tactics with an automated message which made it obvious that it was the same people. Do not trust, just block them.

It s 0371 231 3113 (no zero) as per your other post, and an online search suggests it s Hughes TV and Audio in Suffolk.
Information I beleive this is an Italian call centre in the UK as they called me on my italian cell phone in Italy from the UK.. When they rang I was busy on the phone. I rang back (3 times) I only got an answer machine asking to leave a message. I have no idea who they are.
Rang me yesterday using a none existing or spoofed UK type area code. As we have True Caller it stopped the morons disturbing us.

This number called today and I didn t have time to Google it before answering. Said they were from American Express, only asked for half my postcode and they knew the type of card I held and how long I have had it. It was a computer generated message pertaining to be from Ofcom advising our Internet will be disconnected due to hacking like behaviour, we should contact BT to discuss. Neither our phone nor Internet is provided through BT!
Got a call from this number claiming to be from my Mobile Phone provider offering an upgrade. As I am on a PAYG tariff (satisfactory for my needs) I politely declined their offer and hung-up. If and when I want or need an upgrade I will decide which Company to approach.
