Called and offered to stop 100% of private and unknown callers for ?1.90 a month. They had some of our bank details and knowledge of our previous insurance cover of our sky box. When we refused to give bank details over the phone and we requested info to be posted, the caller refused. She gave a contact number and we then found this web site thankfully.

Constant missed calls for a week. I answered and it was a polite lady from Vodafone trying to sell me something. She knew my name as I am a customer. When I said I was busy she said she will call back another time. This number does not appear on the Vodafone authorised numbers list although it is only one digit out from a lot of their numbers.

I have emailed nicky frequently and had no response and when I called they told me I will not get a refund and I could call trading standards as il nowhere. Have had several cal;ls but I never answer tyjhose that I do not the number of but it is annoying, unsolicited and basically harrassment. I can see why older people get snagged up with these things and end up well out of pocket.This is the type of thing that government should be legislating about and force mobile phine and landline operators to bar numbers from using their networks - reason why they dont? perhaps people in government make money out of it - maybe?
