Ive been called every two months for the last 8 years asking for a miss Elizabeth Langford and Ive told them every single time Ive never known anyone of that name and please remove my number from your system This time round I lost it and told the Scottish sounding woman she was dead when the caller apologised I then told her to F off and dont ever ring me again Im sure it wont stop unless I change my phone number Id love to find out who this person is

Claims to be from national crime prevention scheme but I recognised the voice as that of a scammer that sells advertising in Police, Fire Brigade and Ambulance service magazines.

02392 910896 number called saying he (indian sounding - and partially broken english) was from Sky (my ISP) asking if I noticed flucktuating BB speeds. I said no, and he went on to tell me why they were. Argued that they wern't. I asked him if he knew that I was suffering from slower internet speeds from what I was paying, then (as he was from Sky) he should be able to tell me what internet speeds I should be getting. OBVIOUSLY he couldn't answer that. Went infor the kill and pressed him on this as he cl
Foreign sounding guy purporting to be from BT Openreach. Told me he'd detected slow internet speed on my Broadband. Asked me various networky questions which I deflected. Eventually, he realised he was being taken for a ride and accused me or wasting his time (!) A tirade of abuse followed and he called me an a****le, m*****f*****r and a few other expletives. At this point I started laughing which made him even more abusive. I said I would report him to Ofcom as such language is illegal in UK phone network.
