My broadband/TV Box price has now been frozen by them for 18 next months, (EE previously sent me warning it would be going up at end of contract date) and a free upgrade to super-fast broadband, from fast. Constantly calling numerous times a day

I note that this number has been cloned and this number showed up today and was Talk Talk (so they said) and I had problems with my router. I blocked so they called on another number a few hours later.

They called and said it was a confidential matter and wanted my details so I asked for the companies name but refused to give it as this would prejudice the situation so I advise that their is no provision within the DPA 1988 which states that they are not allowed to disclosed their details prior to me disclosing mine.

Almost certainly a scammer. These calls use spoofed numbers, originate outside the UK and are untraceable. Block the number on your phone. For a mobile, refer to the manufacture...

This was a recorded message to say illegal activity had been on my internet which would be cut off in 24 hours. I was to press 1 to speak to someone. Clearly an attempt to get into my computer so cut it off.
