Stated that I would contact Microsoft directly, he gave me another number, I was rumbled when I said I would call back and he asked for me to repeat the number, I’d not written it down! Well spoken gentleman claimed to be an organisation concerning loft fibreglass Insulation possibly causing damp. Asked what age group I was from. The more the questions were asked about visiting my home to inspect my loft the more I became suspicious when he paused when I said I prefer to be contacted in writing so I know the organisation was genuine or not. He replied I can get my manager to call you back. I declined and said no thanks I don't feel right about who you are. Possibly dangerous!
