This is a timeshare type company making offers that seem too good to be true, and you know what they say about things that appear to be too good to be true!!! When you ask to be removed from their list they refuse and get abusive. Basically they re a fishing company, poorly-paid scammers doing blanket cold calling asking "have you had an accident in past 3 years" (citing they have bogus "information at hand") until, inevitably, someone says "yes". Cue then a selling job about how they can claim compo for you (for a % price). Not a scam; just a sad reflection of compensation culture and call-centre mentality. Hang up immediately; or if you want to be arsey, engage person in pointless conversation (though it isn t really his/her fault)
