They verified my details, knew my name and every handset/plan I already had, and after a brief chat, concluded that I didnt need anything. I get these kind of calls 1-2 a year. They are a telesales company likely working with EE. There is a lot of negative comments, but this is the way the capitalist world you live in works. Accept you will get these calls, people trying to sell your something.

Similar to above. Told me I had a loan in , then told me I would be getting some paperwork tomorrow to sign and to make a careful note of some details. Then asked me who the loan may have been with and seemed happy to hear HSBC - never had a loan with them

Answered a call from this number said it was Reined (I think!) from Beneficial. He said it wasn't a sales call and wanted to ask some questions. First was to confirm my name, I said I'm not confirming anything and I've never heard of Beneficial. He said we will call back and before I said anything more he hung up!
