This seems to be some good working money trap, similar numbers are reported as robocalls, fake wins, scam offers (in most cases some financial offers). For sure some general call centre. I just received a call from somebody (obviously a scam) saying they had information that I had recently been involved in a RTA. They asked if the accident was my fault, I said, No ! They then asked did the person who caused the accident stop and apologize? , I said no they didn t, well they stopped, but didn t accept liability if that s what you mean!
